GROUPE SEB
OPTIMIZE AND LOCALIZE
D2C & E-RETAIL AT SCALE
Managing multi-brand D2C platforms and e-retailers across nearly 150 countries led to severe content bottlenecks, high costs, and fragmented local brand experiences.
GROUPE SEB NEEDED TO LOCALIZE AND DEPLOY UP TO 4,000 PRODUCT SHEETS A YEAR, WITHOUT LOSING SPEED, SEO QUALITY, OR BRAND CONSISTENCY.
OUR RESPONSE
We built a dedicated multicultural factory driven by custom localization tech (Wezen) to scale SEB's global e-commerce sites.
→ End-to-end master content creation: Master product sheet creation, SEO copywriting, and cultural localization across 27 languages for brands like Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, Moulinex, and Lagostina.
→ Wezen tech integration: Deployed Datawords' proprietary platform, replacing spreadsheets with translation memory and dynamic validation interfaces for local teams.
→ PIM & DAM ecosystem sync: Seamless integration of localized text and visual assets directly into Groupe SEB's PIM/DAM, streamlining publishing to D2C and e-retail partners.
→ Brand corners & global rollout: Implementation of new e-commerce websites and brand corners to ensure high visibility and consistency across international markets.
